Oil Painting Fundamentals Class
Learn the Basics of Water Mixable Oil Painting!
This course is designed to introduce students to water mixable oil painting.
In this class you will:
* Learn specifics about your materials, including different painting surfaces and brushes and how to use them for the best effect.
*Explore traditional methods of painting, including grisaille, glazing, scumbling, and alla prima.
* Learn the basics of colour mixing and colour harmony.
* Create engaging still life and portrait paintings from direct observation and visual aids.
Class size is limited to 6 students to ensure personalised attention.
Materials: Supply list will be provided upon registration.
