Having trained as an Architect I enjoy exploring and interpreting the way we see our world, the buildings and landscapes in particular. I look for the pattern, the shape and the unusual colour combinations in the ordinary and try to celebrate them as special. I work mainly in acrylic, on square format canvas. I find the square is calm and easier to design within. I also work with ink and watercolour.
