Principally working as a teacher, I run watercolour painting courses  in various locations around West Devon including Holsworthy, Exeter,South Tawton, Spreyton and Okehampton both privately and  for Devon Adult and Community Learning. I also  work with the Dartmoor landscape painter, John Christian  taking students out onto the moor to paint watercolour  'en plein air'..or being Dartmoor, very often ' en plein rain'!
I enjoy painting wet into wet watercolour,  acrylics , pastel and mixed media varying medium to suit subject as it strikes  me and  aim  to produce paintings full of colour and light in response to those subjects whose character catches my eye. I enjoy writing and occasionally contribute articles to the Leisure Painter.
