An art exhibition and trail in beautiful surroundings on one of only a few certified organic plant nurseries in the UK. We are three artists inspired by our interconnection with place, the non-human and enchantment, drawing on folklore, storytelling and environmental issues.

Artists at Taw Valley Organics
An art exhibition and trail in beautiful surroundings on one of only a few certified organic plant nurseries in the UK. Three artists inspired by our interconnection with place, the non-human and enchantment, drawing on folklore, storytelling and environmental issues.
Lizz Dobinson works primarily with oil paint on large canvases creating works that are inspired by Devon’s natural beauty in a style that swings between landscape and abstraction. Her paintings capture moments in ever changing environments, exploring both vast and intimate spaces, that convey a sense of awe of the natural world.
Jo Holt is a sculptor and installation artist who works with a variety of materials, including ceramics, metal and glass. She will be working on the land to create site-specific pieces for visitors to engage with.
Ethan Pennell will be showcasing his Dartmoor Folklore Map, a moorland guide to the eldritch world of ghosts, pixies, The Devil, witches, wisht places, legends, strange phenomena and more.
