I make jewellery and accessories using semi-precious stones, silver, ribbons, feathers, glass, ceramics, metal and many other materials. Each piece is unique. I often create variations on a theme, never the same piece twice so, if you choose one, you will be the only person to wear it. At the moment, my palate is icy/watery - lots of amazonite, quartz, rock crystal and aquamarine - although I have purple, crimson and smoky moments....I like asymmetry and atonal colour combinations. I am drawn to natural stones and to colour, texture and form. I draw inspiration from what I see around me, including the natural world and the work of others, and by playing with stones and other materials, discovering unexpected combinations that excite me or seem to "belong". I am a psychotherapist, and experience making pieces as a counterbalance or replenishment. I make commission pieces, so please contact me if you might like me to make you something specific. I have recently moved into creating tiaras, for weddings, balls, parties. At the momen, these have a seasonal theme.
